Hvis du og din forening mv. vil have indflydelse på udviklingen på Christianshavn, kan I deltage i valget til Christianshavns Lokaludvalg. Der er frist for tilmelding d. 27. januar 2014.

Du kan også, som repræsentant for din forening, brugerbestyrelse, interesseorganisation mv., deltage i afstemningen om, hvem der skal sidde i lokaludvalget, selvom du ikke stiller op.

De eneste krav er, at din forening mv. er aktiv på Christianshavn, og at du er fyldt 18 år. Kompetencegivende frivilligt arbejde Ved at arbejde i lokaludvalget kan du få erfaring med politik og byudvikling på lokalt plan. Du kan få kompetencer som planlægger af møder og begivenheder og være med til at sætte fokus på mærkesager for bydelen. Igennem arbejdet i lokaludvalget får du adgang til et bredt netværk af mennesker, der hver især brænder for at gøre en forskel i bydelen.

Bindeled mellem borgere og rådhus Christianshavns Lokaludvalg er et af de i alt 12 lokaludvalg i Københavns Kommune. Lokaludvalget fungerer som bindeleddet mellem borgerne i de forskellige bydele og Borgerrepræsentationen på rådhuset. Udvalget skaber dialog med byens borgere og rådgiver kommunen om lokale ideer og ønsker til lokale forbedringer.

Det er også lokaludvalgenes opgave at sørge for, at de lokale borgere får mulighed for at komme med forslag og holdninger til de aktuelle planer og projekter, som kommunen har gang i de enkelte bydele.  Derudover har lokaludvalget en pulje penge, som det deler ud til lokale projekter eller aktiviteter.

Sammensætning af Lokaludvalget

  • Blandt de 23 medlemmer er der en politisk repræsentant fra hvert parti, der sidder i Borgerrepræsentationen.
  • Resten af medlemmerne repræsenterer organisationer, brugerbestyrelser indenfor skole-, idræts-, ældre- og daginstitutionsområdet samt foreninger med lokale aktiviteter.

Formelle krav til opstilling og afstemning

  1. Du skal være fyldt 18 år.
  2. Du skal repræsentere en forening, der er aktiv på Christianshavn. Du behøver ikke at være formand eller medlem af din forenings bestyrelse.  Du skal blot indhente bestyrelsens samtykke til at du repræsenterer foreningen i lokaludvalget.
  3. Der skal minimum være to medlemmer i den forening, du repræsenterer, foreningen skal have nedskrevne vedtægter, og der skal være referat fra sidste ordinære generalforsamling/ bestyrelsesmøde.
  4. Foreningen, du stiller op for, skal være stiftet senest den 19. november 2013.
  5. Det er ikke en forudsætning at bo på Christianshavn.
